A few years ago my wife and I were in Staunton, Va., when we made our way into an antiques store. I found a display case with a few minie balls, knives and buttons in it, but the thing that caught my attention was a little sign above the display case that said 'Silver War artifacts.' Yikes. Owner must have been a Yankee. Silver War, indeed.
