Forgive me for asking this question but I would be interested in knowing what part of America do you live in?

Thanks for asking ;)

I was born and raised in the Old Dominion, attended a small, conservative, southern university and then moved to and then married in the Tar Heel state (beat Dook!).

We are now raising a family in the Show me state...

Thanks, Hank for your response, although someone else was trying to answer for you.
What part of the Old Dominion?

Old Blu, no one was trying to answer for Hank C, certainly not me. I hope Hank C has an acceptable enough pedigree for you... Though to be honest I believe it rude to ask where someone else lives or hails from and then fail to give your own. Though I'm sure that isn't intended.

Johan, I also believe it is rude to butt into someone elses direct question.  I leave it up to him to decide whether to answer or not.

Oh, I signed up a long time ago and didn't put anything in my profile.  I am a born and raised Virginian.

Open forum...

Most of us here are Americans, enough for me.

Some are more picky than others, though.

OB

I detect a bit of pedigree preferance in your description of your Virginia roots.
