I didn't find any for Charleston, but I did find some for Beaufort, SC.  If you go to this Libray of Congress link...........

Type in "hospital" it will bring up original maps from the Civil War that locate hospital locations.  There is a nice street map from Beaufort that shows some of them.  Hope this helps!
