Hello all, my father in-law has recently come across and old picture he found in his fathers house. We believe it to be a relative of his in the picture (The one laying down) We are located in PA if that’s any help? We would greatly appreciate any help on identifying what regiment this possibly could be or any advice on how to go about identifying it. The picture is probably well post civil war. Probably IMHO Spanish American era. The gentleman seated wearing the kepi may be a GAR vet. Many civil war officers were still active in the Spanish American war. I realize I am not being very helpfull. Could you provide any other information?
