Hey guys and gals, I'm a 17 year-old Civil War nut, and I'm glad to be here. I live just south of Gettysburg, and I try to go up as often as I can. (Even though it drives my parents crazy) I want to go to Gettysburg College and major in History and minor in Civil War Era Studies. My guidance counselor refers to me as the school's "Walking Encyclopedia of the Civil War". Anyway, I'm on Myspace if anyone wants to request me. Just shoot me a message and I'll set you up.

Welcome Lawerence63! I'm looking forward to your sharing your expertise. I've been to G-Burg often enough that my latest discovery there was, uh, Spirit Fields. I think that was the name. It was a new restaurant and bar last time I was there. Is it still going strong?

sounds like you and me want to study the same things. i want a major in History and a minor in Civil War Era Studies and a major in Archeology and a minor in Military History.
