Ethnic cleansing of the southeast native american population should be the subtitle of tonights episode. Again "Proud to be an American". In some compensation, an ancestor of mine Chief Justice John Marshall ruled that the state of Georgia had no right to the Cherokee lands in Georgia/Tennessee. However, Jackson, the first and only president to do so, thumbed his nose at the courts decision and essentially told the states to go ahead and grab the Cherokee land. Doc C
