David (Tex. AG)

Sorry about your ags against OU. My tigers are still in doubt against the tide. But can your 12th man compete against my Golden Girls. http://www.bands.lsu.edu/golden_girls/index.php

Doc it was pretty rough I stayed until the end. It was so rough I flew up two miles and jumped out of an airplane today. What a thrill!!!

The Golden girls are pretty nice as are the USC song girls (one of my favorites) but Texas Girls and especially Aggie girls have them beat.

As evidence the Houston Texans Cheerleaders, about half the girls are Aggies:

BTW, I can't believe we are 7 point dogs to the Bears, guess that will make their fall that much harder Saturday afternoon. We wil be adding one more victory to our 20-1-1 streak in the last 22 games versus the Baptists.

Col. Ag

Not impressed, not because of my allegiance to the thumpers, but its just pretty lame. Thought aggies could be more creative that that piece. It did bring up an observation. Is there any drink (adult) out there where on uses Dr. Pepper?

Come on Doc the bible and DP were genius and the little Baylor Cubbie scrubbing the guys back is good too.

I'll be up there in Waco Saturday afternoon at Kyle Field North with about 35,000 other Aggies watching the 10,000 Cubbies chant "Cold Beer, Cold Beer!"

Well there is the Flaming Dr. Pepper Drink but it doesn't actually include Dr. Pepper.  I've heard of Dr. Pepper Shandies half beer and half DP but have never had it.  I did find this webpage for you:

http://hubpages.com/hub/Dr-Pepper-Flavored-Drink-Recipes

I still insist that the best use of Dr. Pepper is straight and it must come from Dublin.

In my day, we called them cheerleaders. Now we have nummy-nummy really close to porn stars.

I'm not entirely certain whether I like the porn more than the cheers. But you all go on and play, I have this book I'm trying to finish.

Dr. Pepper/Dublin??? In you suggest one of my favorite adult beverages with foam on the top, Mr. Guin--, then we're talking. Is the Chicken Shack on the Old Dallas Hwy still there, best, I mean best, fried chicken/biscuits/honey I've ever had. Have fun at the toilet bowl, so called because both teams are s--t.
Have numerous bets with my brother, brother-in-law (former students) and 2 nephews who are students (1 is a ct).

Doc:

Do you know what outfits your nephews are in, as my #2 daughter is currently a fish in B-2? She also jumped out of a perfectly good airplane after that OU massacre, as well as my oldest son and his girlfriend. Freefalling is a real rush.

Dublin is a small town near Stephenville it is the last place on earth that makes DP with real cane sugar.  When they and every other soda manufacturer went to corn syrup in the late 60s, it really changed the taste in my opinion, especuially DP.  The Dublin DPs taste like the kind you got at the soda fountain in the 50s and 60s.  The best soda in the world.  Until about 2 years ago you could only get it by going to Dublin or the DP museum in Waco, in fact my father's day present two years ago was a case of Dublin DP and my poor wife had to enter the city limits of Waco to get it--what a huge sacrifice and that's why I love her.  Now all the major metropolitan supermarkets and several restaurants in Texas carry this elixir from the gods, so no trip to Waco this year for father's day and instead she got me a skydive, which I cashed in on Sunday.  did I say freefalling is a huge rush?

One nephew is a nonreg, prevet hoping to get an interview this year. The other nephew is the one in the corp, got out of the navy when his enlistment ended, then went to A&M, enlisted again and when he graduates will be an officer. Will get in touch with my ag/bro and find out which outfit. Really proud of both of em. As an aside, can remember the days when A&M didn't have many girls on campus. Twin brother used to come up to Waco for a visit and marvel, like being in a candy store.

Doctor Cone: In the first picture of the Golden Girls, there are nine young ladies with whom I'd like to associate closely. (You know, fry up some chicken or whump up some bisquits and sausage gravy and talk about the momenem.) How come only one is not blond?

When did I miss the Nordic influence in Louisiana? Before we get into the nudge, nudge, wink, wink portion. My eyes are brown. Dark brown. And there isn't a drop of blood in me that isn't Norwegian. So there isn't a rigid stereotype here. But, c'mon -- eight of nine LSU ladies, almost none of whom can be presumed to be Nordic, are blonds. What's wrong with this picture?

i can answer your question ole. the one forgot to dye her hair or either the other three forgot to dye their hair to match hers.....or either somebody must really like blondes and threw the brunet in there to balance it out.
