Dear Civil War Enthusiasts, Buffs and Scholars,

Earlier this week I had the distinct honor of speaking with Mr. Jim Lighthizer, president of the Civil War Preservation Trust. The Civil War Preservation Trust has saved over 25,000 acres of hallowed battlefield land for us - and future generations. Additionally, they are spearheading the fight to save the Wilderness Battlefield from a Wal-Mart store being built adjacent to the battlefield. I am sure you will enjoy the interview as much as I did conducting it. Please take some time to read the article and listen to the eight part interview.
