I bought this at an auction in Chambersburg Pa. and it appears to hace something to do with the discharge of a union soldier. This tells when and where he was mustered in, what campaigns he was a part of and when he was discharged. I was wondering if anyone has seen another on of these and if so can you give me any information on just what it is and maybe the value? Thank you  " alt="">
