The home and buildings no longer exist...the land is on an Island.. ther is really nothing to see there any longer.
Port Royal is a beautiful little town and Grand Gulf is a cool place to spend an afternoon, but I fell in love with Nachez...especially Nachez under the Hill... I sat in a 150 year old building, drinking a really cold beer of tables made from hatch covers on Liberty ships and watched a tug push a WW 2 submarine up the river.... cool . Huh!
