 Both are an aquired taste, tho very good once that taste is acquired... shows to go ya that yankees don't know nuthin 'bout food...
red beans n rice, mustards or collards, real cornbread, and REAL buttermilk,..not that skim garbage they pass off as buttermilk, purple hulls and yella squash... Gawd thats good food!
oysters..crab, catfish and more mudbugs....
