And, it would appear, an artist with great patience and dedication, to produce such a singular and humorous figure.
To see such whimsy done so wonderfully is a great pleasure.
I think that Louis Carrol (sp) would be quite proud.
This figure does bear an unfortunate resemblence to Joe Nemechek ("Front-Row Joe", in NASCAR speak). Just a tip - You do not want Joe to be your driver.
