When I said new theory, I was referring to the idea that Stuart was ordered to coordinate the attack by Pickett with an attack on the rear of the union line. This is either a new theory that tends to explain Picketts Charge, or at least new to me. I have never been able to wrap my mind around that charge and why Lee insisted on it being carried out.
I am a shooter and well aware of the compensations that must be made when shooting both uphill and downhill.
