As a resident of Springfield, I am extremely aware of his antics. We who toil in the shadow of the capitol building depend on sanity in government for our daily bread...there has been precious little of that these past 5 years..especially last year.
The newspaper in announcing the opening of the 08 session of the legislature, remarked that it would run concurrently with the unajourned 07 session... how many other states can make that claim..
Illinois, where the Gov goes from the Statehouse to the Big HOuse!
