the Allerton was/is in Chicago and I stayed there once in the late '60's 'twas a dump, but I understand it has been refurbished to its former glory

Anyone remember " Don McNeil and the Breakfast Club, from the Tip Top Room of the Allerton Hotel" the Allerton was/is in Chicago and I stayed there once in the late '60's 'twas a dump, but I understand it has been refurbished to its former glory
