|Y'all can call me "Reb" 'cause I take that as a compliment. Who out that there has had the Wilderness/Chancellorsville/Spotsylvania experience?? With my trusty copies of Blue & Gray Generals' Tour on hand, I tramped those extensively. Best part of Chancellorsville was following Jackson's flank march route. It's too bad that the area around Salem Church has been destroyed by urban sprawl.
Tramping Spotsylvania was unforgettable. I followed Upton's attack path, the union advance from the McCoul House, stood at the Bloody Angle, saw the site of Sedgwick's death, etc. Truly one of the highlights of my battlefield wanderings.
