I remember exactly where I was when Kennedy was assassinated. I can even recreate the conversation when I went to the office (we had a radio on the floor, but the office didn't) and told them that Kennedy had been shot. They, of course, told me to get the hell out. At the time, there was this kid making his way in the world at a Dallas TV station. His name was Dan Rather. ole
