 Some of my favorite vacation places:

1. Hawaii - fabulous surf and beaches

2. Nevis - my favorite island in the Carribean

3. Florence, Italy and Brugge, Belgium - two of the richest art and history cities in Europe

4. Any battlefield

5. Scotland - visited there last year for a golfing trip.  I love the old courses and the Scottish approach to golf.
