 In my mind there is a difference between frying up some fish for supper and having a "fish Fry"..
I have 2 fish fries a year as mentioned earlier... frying up a couple of fish for supper, especially if they are crappie or bream, is something else entirely.
I love Catfish, but the ones we catch around here are muddy tasting. When I go to Mississippi, I often eat catfish for breakfast!
Do you know where hush puppies got their name?
