I'm fortunate in one respect, that being that I have always had jobs where I am active and on my feet for a good portion of the day. I also ride a bicycle 3.2 miles to work 4-5 days a week. That and the 9+years of weight trainig I did up until shoulder problems forced me to quit have given me quite a bit of long haul stamina. though you wouldn't know it to look at me now....darn pot belly . I can usually walk an entire good-size battlefield (Shiloh sized) during the course of a day...with plenty of water/rest breaks of course..the only things that bother me are my feet...I think they are about 90 yrs old due to high milage.
