wow... canon firing. Awesome! I wish I had my own napolean smoothbore (or even a Parrot rifle). lot's of smoke and lots of noise. The kid in me loves this sort of thing. It would be a different story if I had to charge a battery that was firing cannister... that wouldn't be much fun. My friend and I are convinced that federal troops did not transport the dead in the vicinty of the bloody pond/ hornets nest any great distance. We believe, geofiz evidence notwithstahnding, that they must have buried the dead nearby. Of course, we don't claim to be experts on much of anything. So, we could be all washed up. In anycase, it will be fun to walk around and imagine what occured.
