 I'm a member of the NMCWM in Frederick. It's in downtown. Probably an hour if you're just walking through and not reading every posting. Well worth the visit and also if you're in the vicinity check out the Pryor house at Antietam. Haven't been the NCWM in Harrisburg but a GBLBG once told me it was a great museum but you may need a sidearm because of it's location and definitely don't visit when it's dark.
