I agree with you totaly. What I did was I made a video for my junior class of me demonstrating how to fire the different kinds of muskets. And they loved it!
I go to a school where almost all the students are black or Native american and the Rebel flag cannot be displayed at all. The Confederate flag is apart of American history. It's not a good part of history, but it's history. In fact I saw a shirt online that said If this flag offends you, you need a history lesson.
