 I do know there have been statements made in the Gettysburg discussion group (gdg.org - a great site ) that some author(s) have contacted the publisher regarding assertions of plagarism and the possibility of legal action (and I believe at least one author said he retained counsel)...stay tuned..

P.S. it is my understanding is the assertions of plagarism are in reference to some map or maps...
