Used to have a top-notch goat stew (made exactly the same as beef stew but using goat). Not gamey at all, but I seem to recall you had to mix some pork or pork fat into it when you gind it since it's so lean. Good stuff.
My friend keeps telling it's really good but after his description of the Kenyan method of goat cooking I've been a bit reluctant to dig in...perhaps as long as it isn't trachea or lungs I can give it a try.
