Went to a Civil War conference in Clovis California this week end. On the way up we stopped at an Iron Skillet for buffet lunch. On the saladbar was one of my favorite foods growing up, hominy. I had a salad that was made up mostly of hominy. Tasted so good. I haven't had any in a long while as the only way it seems I can find it around here is in the large cans that the Hispanics in the area buy to make menudo. The others ladies in the group all asked what is that white stuff on your plate. Susan
