Basicly it's cornmeal boiled in water. But my recipie i do it differently. I make corn muffins then i crush them in a big bowl and put milk on it and warm it up in the microwave. I know that's gross but hey, In the CW, the Rebel soldiers had to put water on theirs. That's why it's called corn meal mush.
