 Have to agree there is nothing better than a good mature cheese.
It would be a very rare thing indeed for any cheese to go past its expiry date in our house, but, we find that if you throw out the packaging with the date on and re-wrap your cheese then there is no longer an expiry date, problem solved! Keeps for as long as you can resist eating it.
