Pam I just looked him up it is Michael Kilian . The main character is Harrison Raines . First one is Murder at Manassas . He is a Pinkerton agent. Don't know why I didn't get into the series. I tried reading a couple but didn't get hooked so donated them to our book raffle at round table. Susan
