Who used slavery as the entire cause of the war? Is this another strawman argument?

I can't really explain why Arkansas left and Kentucky didn't. Perhaps Arkansas residents were just more gullible. More likely is that Kentuckians had more financial ties with the North.

BTW, are you going to point out where I insulted you?
