Dixie, I make something similiar to these hot pockets, using the pizza dough tubes. I cut the dough in half, and pile on ham, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and some pizza sauce, close them up, poke a couple holes in the top, and bake at 400 for about 15-20 minutes. Voila--calzones! And yes, everyone here loves them, too! Pam
