 Just one more update - on the http://www.stuartsride.com site, there is now an Order page where you can order either a regular edition of the book, or the Special Gettysburg Limited Edition (limited to 100 copies).  The link to order either edition should be active sometime on Monday - if you want the Special Edition, act quickly - with only 100 available on a first-come first-served basis, they won't last long.
