 Do you think there could have been a second Battle of Antietam after Gettysburg? And could it have ended the war?

Much has been debated about the pursuit of the Confederates by the Union Army under Meade after the Battle of Gettysburg. But this pursuit ended at Falling Waters, and Lee's army slipped safely back into Virginia. But if the river's level had stayed high just a couple more days, could there have been another Antietam, and could the Union Army ended the war right then and there?
