Now maybe Amazon.com will finally, finally mail me the Dalhgren book I pre-ordered months ago.
i wish I had all of the details to share with you, but there was some sort of breakdown at the publisher's distributor that means that they have yet to ship books to Amazon. Believe me when I tell you that I'm on this--I constantly am after my publisher about this, almost daily.
I regret that you haven't gotten the book. More than you can know.
