Old Blu, no one was trying to answer for Hank C, certainly not me. I hope Hank C has an acceptable enough pedigree for you... Though to be honest I believe it rude to ask where someone else lives or hails from and then fail to give your own. Though I'm sure that isn't intended.
Johan, I also believe it is rude to butt into someone elses direct question. I leave it up to him to decide whether to answer or not.
