 Reading "Civil War on the Missouri-Kansas Border" by Donald Gilmore.

So far, I will say it is an excellnt read, and one I would recommend. What stands out most is his openess about looking at the events from a strictly neutral viewpoint. Many will say it is revisonist in anture, but I for one and a believer in revisionist history.

Anyway, so far it it really is a good read.
