Hi. Try "Shiloh and the Western Campaign of 1862" by E. Cunningham. Edited by Joiner and Smith. The rangers at Shiloh have used the thesis for years before it was published. Also Wiley Swords "'Shiloh Bloody April" is a classic and very detailed. and..Larry Daniel's "Shiloh , the Battle that changed the Civil War" and MCDonough's "Shiloh, In Hell before Night" are good. If you want a good overview with time lapse maps, Blue and Grays Shiloh first and second day issue magazine is great, if you can find one. Its currently being reprinted. Nita
