Just read in the New York Times ( September 15, 2010) that Robert Redford has a new indie movie "The Conspirator" about Mary Suratt who was hung as one of the alleged conspirators in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. The movie was picked up for distribution after the Toronto International Film Festival. It is hoped that the movie will be in theaters by next year.
