"Glory" was excellent. Another one that may have done well was "The Horse Soldiers" with John Wayne roughly based on Grierson's 1863 cavalry raid in Mississippi. Yet another was Disney's version of "The Great Train Robbery" with Fess Parker. I don't really know how well either of these last two really did at the box office though. I call the problem with Civil War movies the result of the "Gone With the Wind" effect. It is just so darned hard to do better than that classic movie did. Another problem is that time marches on and much more recent wars seem to be more popular subjects for movies nowadays.
