 My Great-great grandfather originally enlisted in the Wisconsin 15th Regiment. in DEc 1861.

Re-enlisted with the Mississippi Marine Bridage after getting wounded and getting separated from Company C, Wisconsion 15th Regiment during Murfreesboro campaign in late October 1862.

Unknown how he got from Kentucky to St. Louis MO.

Discharge papers are for Jan 1865 from Captain Oscar F Brown in Vicksburg, MS.

Any information on Company C/E Marine Brigade under Captain Brown would be appreciated.
