Thank you I will try and scan it and get it on ASAP. I am thinking he might have been captured at Winchester in 1863 I have read that Company I under a Capt. Martin was left behind to spike the guns and he and 44 of his men were captured ...Charles Flanders was in Co. E but that Co. is not mentioned but it would make sense and would be the right time line. Bamanut
