Could you narrow your focus. Are you interested in campaigns, particular battles, individuals, theaters,or units? Some of my most interesting reading is unit histories, or books on how the individual soldiers lived day by day, "Hard Tack and Coffee", Billie Yank and Johnny Reb", or Si Klegg and his Pard Shorty". Iknow the last one is available to download for free.
