I have put a great deal of time into Cedar Mountain and still I am not finished.![]() I am standing on the Crittenden Lane taking this picture looking N-East, Cedar Mountain to the right. The corn field according to what I have seen runs along the little rise in the background. If the CSA soldiers were on the ground 10-20 yards from Critteden Lane waiting for an attack, as one can see, the break of the hill, soldiers can't be seen through cornfield pryer to attacking, both army's were thrown together rather quickly. That rise in the ground continues on around to the left through the wheat field and on over into the brushy field. to be cont.' Last edited on Sat Sep 17th, 2011 12:16 pm by Old Blu |
