The Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System lists 182 different units of U.S Colored Troops.
Go to http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/regiments.cfm
In the State(or Origin) box scroll down to U.S. Colored Troops and then click on submit querry. The next page will list the first fifty units. Click on a unit for its history. Beneath the unit history are links to search for a specific soldier or to browse the unit roster.
