Thanks LastCav and CW Girl! I've tried the nps website that LastCav suggested.....no luck (although, it is a good resource!) The Chattanooga website suggested by CWGirl is also great! I haven't found his name listed there, either. In reading that website, it appears that there were about 153 soldiers buried (after dying of wounds or illness) outside the Chattanooga hospital. They were buried with wooden markers to mark the grave. Those markers have deteriorated and are gone......there is also no written record of the names of those buried.......
