 Patty I am sooooo jealous .  I am so addicted to trains and would love to have done what you did as a child.  How cool.  I am going to have to read this book.  Thanks for the review.   

I just finished Black Flag.  the story of the  Civil War in Missouri.  what a bloody awful war there.  Most of the books are excerpts from Journals of people that experience the events .  I never realized how bad it was.  Both sides did horrible things to civilians and soldiers alike . 

Next book Is For Love and Liberty about Sullivan Balou.  Robin Young is our speaker in January for Round Table so I need to have read  the book before she speaks.
