 Coincidentally, Eric Wittenberg's book "Battle of Monroe's Crossroads and the Civil War's Final Campaign" is wrapped and under my Christmas tree.


The name struck a bell. Have it. Will move it up it the "to read" stack. It must be a quality book if Savas Beatie published it.
