Those that wish to fly the Confederate flag for historical or patriotic reasons should treat it with the same respect as did those that fought under it. To my knowledge there was no code written by the Confederate government for the proper flying and respect of the flag but I am sure such guidelines would mirror those that govern the handleing and care followed with the flag of the United States.
Section 8d states that the flag should never be used as apparel.

Just to clarify, I meant that the image of the Confederate flag cannot be on clothing at school. I wasn't refering to wearing the flag itself as clothing.
