Fan , I am sorry to say I was not a fan of the gentleman but I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches . Not fried though. Funny thing a friend in high school who looked like Elvis or Rick Nelson take you pick depended on who he was trying to look like that day introduced a bunch of us in a drama class to the sandwhich one day. He would make them and share them with us for special events. Been addicted ever since. Never had them with grits though .
