 I'm not sure about that Ole; I remember how much I was almost screaming at the TV when I saw a show on the Cav of the CW era... so grossly wrong I was furious.  Wonder what the folks in the next hotel room over were thinking?

I don't trust the History channel to put forth a good, unbiased, well researched work on Sherman and his men.  I suppose it will depend on what they use as their primary source.  Imagine if you will something along the lines of Battalion, Hal or Thea pushing their agenda...  scares the heck out of me and in the current environment of enthusiastic anti-US/anti-military in Hollyweird I don't know what to expect.  I trust you or Steve Cone to let me know whether or not it turns out to be hog slop.
